ncoderz was founded in early 2023 in Nelson, New Zealand, with a simple belief: good ideas, when well executed, bring value.

The AI revolution has up-ended our industry. There are amazing opportunities and amazing dangers in the future it will bring.

We have made it our mission to do our bit to make sure it is the opportunity that wins.

The Team

Rich

Founder. Electrical and electronic engineer with over 25 years of industry experience spanning embedded systems at ARM, IDE development, insurance platforms, mobile comparison services, and enterprise software. Has worked across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand. Rich leads product direction and engineering at ncoderz.

Chris

Tech Lead and Full-stack engineer. With a deep experience across the stack — from infrastructure and APIs to front-end applications, Chris brings pragmatic engineering and a sharp eye for user experience to every project.
